Welcome to the new MyRadiometer – your new customer portal

Starting on Monday May 1st 2017, we have scheduled to premiere and launch a new customer portal featuring a redesigned version of the MyRadiometer document library - with easier navigation and optimized for use on tablet and mobile.

Using the web address www.myradiometer.com, you will now automatically be directed to the new customer portal on our public websites for login.
 
The customer portal will be launched on www.radiometer.com first (our global English website) but will become available on all local websites in the following weeks. The implementation on local websites will allow you to navigate the portal and document library in the same language as on your local website.
 
You will automatically be guided to the local website if/when available.
 
PLEASE NOTE: When first signing in to the new customer portal, you are required to change your password.

Radiometer is using Microsoft AZURE Active Directory to authenticate users

Radiometer uses Azure AD to provide our customers and partners secure access to documents, resources, and other services on our customer portal.

If your organization is already using Azure AD you can use the same credentials to access Radiometer's customer portal.

You will receive an invitation to access our services via e-mail when your request has been approved.

When you accept the invitation, and your organization is already using AZURE AD, you can use the same credentials to access Radiometer's customer portal. Otherwise, a one-time password will be sent via e-mail to sign in.
